About Me

My specialty is working with couples and individuals focusing on relationships. I help my clients learn and practice skills and techniques to heal from anxiety, stress, conflict, and build new patterns of relating to strengthen emotional connections.

My Experience

I have been a therapist for over 8 years. I followed my passion into psychology, after a long career in family law as a paralegal supporting couples and families during the emotional complexity of the divorce and child custody process.

My clinical experience includes both private practice and community mental health settings, where I have provided individual, couples, and group therapy. I love learning in my field, so I stay current with new developments in research and outcomes and approaches to support individuals and couples on their journey of healing and connecting.

Who I Am

I am a mother, partner, sister, friend, animal lover

I enjoy spending my free time doing yoga, meditation, mindful practice in nature, cooking, crafting, and reading. These self-care practices keep me grounded, balanced,  and present with my clients.

I have always been drawn to relationships and learning about the ways in which people think, feel, and behave towards themselves and others. Even as a young kid, it has felt natural for me to care about others by bringing awareness to strengths, providing safety for emotions to surface, and instilling hope for new beginnings. I am comfortable witnessing others’ sadness and struggles, and am deeply committed to encouraging choice, collaboration, trust, and empowerment as a client becomes the truest version of themselves. I am curious by nature and love to watch people and things grow.

Let’s Connect

I look forward to connecting and guiding you along on your journey to a happier and more relational life. Please feel free to reach out with any questions.
